Thank you, Familia Calidad 🫂♥️🙏🏽 as many of you know I had a very scary experience coming back home from Washington DC! This little video is a little thank you to everybody who sent prayers, positive energy, and loving words to me as I was navigating such an overwhelming experience! There’s no words to describe the amount of gratitude, I feel! thank you everybody your text your messages, your phone calls and your DM‘s meant so much to me as I was trying to find my way back home to my family. I will be doing a part two video where I talk about some of the grounding and resourcing tools that I used while I was going through this traumatic experience.
