Meet Gaby,

Gaby Broughman (she/her/ella) is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a heartfelt passion for supporting others through life's challenges and transitions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master’s in Counseling from Palo Alto University. Throughout her educational journey, Gaby’s interest in understanding what makes us human—and how we connect with each other—only deepened, inspiring her to uplift others in building healthy, meaningful relationships.

Gaby approaches her role as a therapist as collaborative guide on her clients' healing journeys, helping them recognize and remove the obstacles that stand in the way of personal growth. She believes the key to progress is curiosity, a desire to grow, and vulnerability. With these in mind, Gaby helps clients face their challenges and create a path toward a life that feels genuinely aligned to their emotions and needs.

Having worked directly with communities for many years, Gaby has developed a strong understanding of the challenges faced by those in marginalized positions. This work has shaped her deep commitment to helping individuals and communities overcome systemic barriers and find healing. Gaby is an ally and offers inclusive therapy to individuals identifying as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, Disabled, Immigrants, Veterans, etc. She makes it a priority to understand how her clients identify and represent themselves in their daily lives, always considering the unique sociocultural perspectives they bring to therapy.

From a young age, Gaby has been guided by a desire to help and advocate for those around her, serving as a personal North Star. Gaby approaches therapy with empathy, openness, and a genuine sense of hope, offering clients a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can feel truly understood and supported.

At Calidad Holistic Wellness, Gaby works with individuals, families, couples, offering support with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Life Transitions, Family Conflict, Relationship Issues, Women’s Issues, Stress and more.

In her free time, Gaby enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga, soaking up the sun, connecting with friends and family, exploring new places and foods, and listening to music. Self-care is incredibly important to her, and she encourages her clients to prioritize their well-being too. Gaby’s warm, collaborative approach empowers her clients to embrace their personal journey, knowing they have a caring ally by their side every step of the way.
