Elizabeth is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Founder of Calidad Holistic Wellness, and official Host of Cafecito Y Calidad. Her versatility in Holistic therapeutic approaches and BIPOC friendly services have facilitated educational conversations amongst her peers over coffee. The impact of these experiences inspired Elizabeth to share her love for coffee and quality conversations with the world in a Podcast format that has now taken shape as Cafecito y Calidad. With the help of her talented team, Elizabeth has created a space via Podcast to feature fellow experts in the field of Mental Health, advocate for systems of change within the state of California, and promote local small businesses in the BIPOC community.

Claudia Barajas (she/her/ella) is a Registered Associate and Marriage Family Therapist( # 128500), supervised by Elizabeth Sanchez, LMFT, CA# 106067, TX # 205828, FL # TPMF1517). She believes that you are the expert in your life, and as your therapist, she will guide you toward reclaiming your inner power, voice, and strength! Claudia is a first-generation Latina who graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Latin America and Latino Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University.

Claudia believes that the best gift we can give others is to work on ourselves, and that's one of the many benefits you'll receive during therapy! She helps you practice more kindness and compassion to reduce negative self-talk as you navigate your healing journey because how you talk to yourself matters the most.

She approaches her therapeutic practice with a safe, empathic, and welcoming energy. Claudia meets you where you are and uses appropriate therapeutic interventions that best support your therapy goals. She serves individuals, couples, and adolescents in English and Spanish. Her background includes working with clients experiencing depression, panic attacks, women's issues, acute stress, healing from trauma, adjustments to life changes, grief and loss, parenting, and career and life transitions. She supports her clients' process by following their pace and respecting the goals they want to accomplish in therapy.

Outside of her work as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Claudia loves watching a good series, spending quality time with her loved ones, visiting her hometown in Mexico, enjoying delicious food, and going on long walks in nature.

Kairi Angeline is a digital creator and MSW graduate based in Los Angeles. She creates social media content and provides mental health support at Calidad Holistic Wellness and Therapy, a private practice in California. In addition to therapeutic clinical work, Kairi also produces a podcast (Cafecito y Calidad) which focuses on mental health issues within the BIPOC community. She is a writer, filmmaker, and video editor under her creator-owned company, Play Theory Co. where her focus is expression through artistry for the mental wellness of adult creatives.

Tina Guerra is a graphic designer, Art director, photographer, and certified health + life coach based in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Tina specializes in portrait photography, cinema and editing multi-media content with a fashion perspective. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Greek mythology, creating art, and spending time with her Belgian Malinois.
