LOOKING TO GO INTO PRIVATE PRACTICE?

We are looking to expand the practice by hiring licensed therapists who are interested in the benefits of joining a group private practice. Calidad Holistic Wellness and Therapy is a group practice located in California looking for Licensed clinicians (PsyD, LMFT,LPCC and LCSW) looking to work with us for our outpatient mental health services.

*Note: clinicians with their own Private Practice currently are not an appropriate fit for this position.

The responsibilities and duties include: Conduct intakes, diagnosing patients, providing therapy, note writing, treatment planning, referral and linkage as needed, documenting services using an electronic records system. Therapists should be willing & able to see 10+ clients (individuals, families and couples) a week with a variety of presenting issues but mostly mood, personality, and Anxiety disorders. The caseload will accumulate progressively. Credentialed with major insurance panels (approximately 30-90 days).

Duties:

Qualifications:
- Licensure or certification as a Therapist
- Proficiency in conducting group therapy sessions
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques
- Familiarity with adults, couples, child and family counseling practices
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards client

Experience: Psychotherapy, 2 years (Preferred)

Education: Master's (Required)
License: PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPCC, (Required)
License: California BBS (Required)

· Proof of malpractice insurance

· Provide a valid CA license in good standing

Should be able to

Have experience working with a variety of mental health issues and populations

· Have a comprehensive understanding of multiple therapy modalities

· Be Familiar with DSM-5/ICD-10

· Have experience with mental status exams and diagnosis (required)

HOURS: Our schedules are easy because you make your own. Our work hours are flexible because you will set your own schedule.

Compensation:

$70 -$75 hourly for licensed LMFT/LCSW/LPCC

$85-$90 for licensed PsyD and PhD (with room to increase and dependent on experience).
