What is meditation?

Meditation is a mind-body integrative practice of bringing awareness of the present by guiding thought patterns, breathe, and attention.

Why is meditation important?

If you are seeking ways to support your mental and physical well being, meditation is a wonderful tool! If you struggle with anxiousness, inability to focus, or merely feel “stuck” in negative emotions — Meditation provides an opportunity for you to slow down and look inward. In the process of doing so, you are able to draw your attention to breathe and inner thought patterns. You can discover emotions, sensations, and ask yourself what you need to change the narrative of your day.

What are the benefits?

There are numerous neurological and physical benefits of Meditation.
