Recently, I joined Canvas Rebel for a conversation on being a first generation Latina entrepreneur, podcasts I’m loving, and my vision for Calidad Holistic Wellness & Cafecito Y Calidad Podcast!

As a little girl, I always aspired to help impact the community around me in an influential way whether that be through Therapy or even something as simple as a kind gesture. I never imagined that it would lead me to represent the Latin community as a first generation business owner and advocate for Mental Health to this extent, but I am grateful for every opportunity to see a voice for those who need it most!
