A NOTE FOR HEALERS

I've been going through some big changes in my life—some great and some challenging, to say the least—which I will be sharing in the near future. This year has been a rollercoaster of life changes, transitions, and pivoting. Sometimes people assume that as healers or therapists, we have it all together. The truth is, we don’t. We wear many different hats outside of our roles as healers.

Healers are often seen as pillars of strength and sources of unwavering support. However, behind the scenes, we are also navigating our own personal struggles and triumphs. We face the same highs and lows as anyone else, and sometimes, those challenges can feel overwhelming. The truth is…

We need community

We need extra love and care.

We need to feel heard and understood.

It’s essential for us to have a support system that reminds us we’re not alone. We thrive on the same compassion and empathy we offer to others.

We need our own therapy as well. Seeking therapy is a crucial part of our own healing journey. It allows us to process our experiences, gain new insights, and rejuvenate our spirit so we can continue to be present for our clients.

We’re just here trying to do the best we can with what we have. Each day is a step forward, and every effort we make is a testament to our resilience and dedication. Remember, being a healer doesn't mean we have all the answers—it means we are continually learning and growing alongside those we help.

Drop a comment below if you’re a healer and can relate. 💛 Let's support each other in this journey of healing and growth.
