3 TYPES OF BOUNDERIES

Boundaries are meant to keep us emotionally and physically safe.  Did you know that there are three different types of boundaries?

The three types  of boundaries are physical, mental, and verbal boundaries. 

1.Physical boundaries: Help protect your own physical space. 

2. Emotional Boundaries: Help protect your own emotional wellbeing 

3. Verbal Boundaries: The most common type of  boundaries. Verbal boundaries are us communicating when we don’t feel safe, we  feel disrespected, or simply saying “No.”
